Sessions are held every two weeks across 20 fortnights and are suitable for property managers at all experience levels. PERFECTING NOTICES TO RENTERS WORKSHOP (“BIBLE SCHOOL”)

Drafting Notices to Renters is an interactive online workshop designed to give property managers clarity, confidence and consistency when drafting and serving notices under the RTA. Too many notices get struck out at VCAT because notices have been drafted or served incorrectly. This course exists to eliminate that risk.

Every ticket includes a copy of the second edition of Castellan's Templates Bible used daily by property managers as their go to reference. The updated edition includes revised notices and new templates as well as wording for statutory declarations.
