The Open Desk with Andrew Nguyen
The Open Desk brings Andrew, one of the Directors of Castellan, into your agency as a practical sounding board for your PM team. For one week or several, your office becomes his working base, giving your PMs informal access to his knowledge and experience while he is onsite. Each week also includes a Fast15 training session, helping your team build confidence, strengthen their knowledge and make better-informed decisions.
