Your agency can host Andrew for one week or multiple weeks, with your office becoming his working base during that time. While continuing his usual Castellan work, Andrew will be available when he is in the office as your PMs’ sounding board, problem solver and, when needed, punching bag.

No appointment. No formal agenda. Just ask.

What can your team ask about/discuss with Andrew?

Almost anything property-management related.

It might be a difficult renter communication, a notice they are considering issuing, an upcoming VCAT matter, an unusual situation or simply a decision on which they want another perspective.

Andrew will have the answer. Whether it’s the answer your PM wanted to hear is another question—but they’ll leave knowing what to do next.

Your team should feel comfortable asking real questions and discussing real situations.

Andrew will respect the confidentiality of your agency, team and clients. Nothing he sees, hears or discusses while working from your office will be shared outside the business.

A “Fast15” every week

Each week also includes one free “Fast15” training session at your weekly team meeting. The topic can be selected in advance or based on the questions and recurring issues that arise during the week.

What won’t Andrew be doing?

Andrew is there to support your team—not become your newest employee.

He won’t be:

❌ Communicating directly with clients, renters or rental providers
❌ Attending VCAT
❌ Preparing VCAT submissions or summaries of proof
❌ Conducting rent roll audits
❌ Running your business

Think sounding board, not substitute PM. If a question develops into something requiring substantial work or formal assistance, Castellan can discuss that with you separately.

A couple of things to know

Your office will be Andrew’s working base, but he may still need to attend meetings or appointments elsewhere.

He may also occasionally be on a call, in a meeting or working to a deadline. If that happens, your PMs can simply catch him a little later.

What does it cost?

There is no consulting or training fee. All we ask is that your office:

📅 Makes time for a Fast15 session at its team meeting
👋 Encourages the team to approach Andrew and pick his brain
